Index policy: this is a verified working index, not a claim that Science is permanently finished. New Sengkang Science pages should enter a section hub and this index when their scientific job is established. Existing canonical owners remain owners; the Science Hub routes rather than duplicates.
Seven specialist Science libraries
The publishing audit for 28 August–1 September 2026 found that the Science estate had outgrown the original subject map. New articles are now preserved through seven first-class corridors rather than depending only on a moving recent-post list.
Routing rule: every recovered article receives at least one dominant scientific owner. Cross-disciplinary routes may appear in more than one corridor when the second connection is scientifically useful. Existing canonical owners remain owners; this index improves discoverability rather than duplicating the article.
Choose a Science subject
Two newer first-class Science Hub sections were missing from the older manual section map even though they were already live in the automatic registry. They are restored here explicitly:
- Earth & Space Science → — weather, oceans, geology, planets, stars, observation and deep time.
- Materials Science → — structure, properties, processing, surfaces, failure and performance.
Materials Science
Materials Science | Structure, Properties, Processing and Performance →
This section was admitted when mechanical behaviour and tribology joined the existing particle, bonding, crystallisation, semiconductor, electrochemical and characterisation routes. Its dominant job is structure–property–processing–performance, not generic Chemistry or Physics.
Earth & Space Science
Earth & Space Science | Weather, Oceans, Geology, Planets and Stars →
This new section was admitted after the Science article estate expanded enough that weather, geology, oceans, soils, seismology, planetary motion, spectroscopy and stellar evolution no longer belonged cleanly as a subordinate list inside Physics or Ecology. The live Science Hub child registry below will continue to track it automatically.
Scientific Uncertainty, Limits and Confidence
How Students Judge Scientific Uncertainty, Limits and Confidence →
This closes the one missing route found when the Complete Science Index was reconciled against all 88 direct published children of the Primary Science Tuition estate.
Further Science reading
This curation pass assigns each new Science article to one dominant corridor while preserving cross-disciplinary connections. These links remain permanent even after the live recent-post registry moves forward.

Connections worth exploring
These are admitted cross-corridor routes where the shared mechanism is more informative than the school-subject label. They do not change canonical ownership.
- Living systems ↔ mechanics: Fibrosis ↔ ECM & Mechanobiology.
- Biology ↔ phase physics: Cryobiology ↔ Phase Transitions.
- Pattern ↔ dynamics: Reaction–Diffusion ↔ Nonlinear Dynamics.
- Micro-scale flow ↔ biological search: Microfluidics ↔ Protein Engineering.
- Materials ↔ environment: Polymer Science ↔ Microplastics.
- Electronic structure ↔ energy conversion: Semiconductors ↔ Thermoelectrics.
- Atmosphere ↔ plasma: Atmospheric Electricity ↔ Plasma Physics.
- Measurement ↔ biological state: Flow Cytometry ↔ Single-Cell & Spatial Omics.
- Surface state ↔ material failure: XPS ↔ Corrosion.
Deep route: when the question becomes “how do we know?”, continue to Scientific Method, Evidence & Measurement; when it becomes “how does this survive research judgement?”, continue to University → Research → Profession.
How the Science ideas connect
Open the Science Connection Map →
The Science Hub now carries a graph layer above article ownership. Every Science article remains routed through its dominant owner hub; the graph connects those owners so readers can move laterally and deeply without changing canonical ownership.
- Spider: provisional candidate neighbours discovered through a shared mechanism, method, variable, scale or learning job. A candidate is not automatically admitted.
- Web: direct, scientifically defensible relationships exposed as normal navigation.
- Hidden Connect: less-obvious bridges whose mechanism is stated explicitly; “hidden” means easy to overlook, not secret or privileged truth.
- Deep Connect: bounded multi-hop paths whose intermediate links each have an admitted reason.
Graph hardening rule: a new edge can improve discoverability, but it does not move an article to a different canonical owner. If a Spider or Hidden bridge cannot survive evidence and boundary checks, it is dropped rather than promoted.
Example Deep routes: Earth → Chemistry → Plant → Ecology · Physics → Instrumentation → Evidence → Research · Genome → Molecular Cell → Physiology → Instrumentation · Microbiology → Plant → Ecology → Earth.

The curated index above explains how the Science estate is organised. The registries below are server-rendered from WordPress ownership itself, so new direct child pages remain discoverable even before the next editorial curation pass.

Scientific Imaging ↔ Photography Evidence Route
Scientific images and ordinary photographs share a boundary: both are finite representations produced by an observing system. The scientific route adds calibration, controlled acquisition, explicit reconstruction and evidence limits; the canonical Photography route explains framing, omission, viewpoint, time, inference and provenance.
- Microscopy and Scientific Imaging — magnification, resolution, contrast, sampling and reconstruction.
- Electron Backscatter Diffraction — how measured diffraction patterns become orientation maps rather than ordinary photographs of grains.
- Scientific Photography Is Measurement With a Camera — the direct bridge into controlled photographic evidence.
- How Photography Works | Every Photograph Leaves Something Out — canonical owner for the Photography knowledge estate.
- Visible Evidence — what an image can support without allowing confidence to outrun observation.
Ownership remains distributed: eduKateSengkang owns the structured scientific-imaging learning route; eduKateSG owns the canonical Photography and representation route.
Scope: eduKate Sengkang remains the Science Learning Hall and owner of this learning route. eduKate Science World provides wider knowledge and reference context; this bridge does not transfer ownership of the Sengkang Science estate.
The PSLE Science Learning Guide organises the PSLE Primary Science article collection by learning task, with a continuing archive and newest-guides feed.
