Three short chapters
BCA names ADDP Architects in its project profile and identifies the 2017 recognition.
The year belongs to the recognition record. It should not automatically become a launch, completion or moving-in date. Each of those milestones would need its own evidence.
The account highlights separate pedestrian entrances and large-font directional signs.
Our interpretation is that these features solve two related problems: reaching a place and understanding where to go next. A route can be physically open yet confusing to someone arriving for the first time. Good signs help turn available space into a usable journey.
On an ordinary public walk elsewhere in Fernvale, choose one sign and describe the decision it helps you make. Does it identify a destination, point out a direction or explain an access rule? Compare answers with someone who is less familiar with the area.
The activity does not require entering Lush Acres. Respect private residential access and use the BCA profile for the historical example. The recorded design features are not a current inspection of signage or a promise about visitor access.
