BCA identifies Bellewaters as an executive condominium with 651 homes in ten blocks, designed by ADDP Architects. Its 2018 recognition is the historical milestone used here.
The scale gives context to a practical problem: helping people understand a place with several buildings. The award record does not, on its own, establish an exact first-occupation date.
The profile describes six themed landscape spaces as identity markers, together with contrasting signs and pictograms.
Think about how you remember a route. You might recognise a distinctive planted area before recalling a block number. Our interpretation is that landscape can contribute to navigation as well as enjoyment, while different kinds of signs provide another way to find the same destination.
