1. Two dated entries, one project
ADDP’s project page identifies HDB as developer and lists a design Certificate of Merit for 2019 and another HDB Design Award Certificate of Merit for 2024.
The page also identifies the project as completed, but the two award entries do not by themselves establish its completion date. A careful timeline keeps the information the source provides without filling its gaps.
