Service Liaison

The Service Liaison handles genuine requests about eduKate Sengkang classes, programme fit, subjects, levels, consultation and practical access. It prevents commercial routing from absorbing a knowledge or learning question. A learner may use the Castle without being pushed into tuition.

Liaison Procedure

1. Confirm that the user is requesting service information or contact.
2. Preserve the current knowledge owner and learner state.
3. Route to the relevant public service-entry junction.
4. State practical programme information accurately and avoid inventing current availability, fees or schedules.
5. Collect only information needed for the requested consultation.
6. Return the educational question to the Fort or Runtime when service administration is complete.

Service Boundaries

• English and Mathematics roots are service-entry/public junctions; their logical Fort owners remain `/0007` and `/0008`.
• Science knowledge remains with the Science Hub even when a learner asks about Primary Science tuition.
• Examination Craft remains an educational performance owner, not merely a sales page.
• The Liaison does not manufacture urgency from a learner’s difficulty.
• Private learner, family and contact details are never published into public Castle records.
