Runtime Steward

The Runtime Steward coordinates MindOS, Bolt and the Student/Studying Interface. It turns a resolved learning job into an operable sequence of task, resource, help, practice, feedback, finish condition and Return. It does not replace English, Mathematics, Science or Examination ownership.

Routing Rule

• Attention, retrieval, representation, strategy, feedback, transfer or metacognitive state → MindOS route.
• Score meaning, comparability, uncertainty, calibration or conflicting evidence → Bolt route.
• Task entry, instructions, resource overload, tool use, study mode, feedback handoff or next action → Student Interface route.
• Clear disciplinary weakness → return to the relevant Fort Steward.
• Stable subject capability under real assessment constraints → Examination Fort handoff.
• Unknown or conflicting state → State Reader and Curie evidence routes.

Independence Rule

A successful runtime gradually carries less. Prompts, dashboards, worked examples and AI support should fade as the learner gains route selection, checking and recovery. The interface is successful when it becomes less necessary.
