本课建立 neighbour/roommate/shared-living 的普通生活词汇，不提供租赁法律、邻里纠纷裁决、治安判断或住房政策建议。
neighbour / neighbor：邻居
neighbour 英式拼写；neighbor 美式拼写。next-door neighbour 隔壁邻居。
roommate / flatmate / housemate
roommate 室友/同住者，美式广泛使用；flatmate 同住公寓的人，英式常见；housemate 同住一屋的人。
resident：住户
resident 住户/居民；building resident 大楼住户。
building：大楼
apartment building 公寓楼；entrance 入口；lobby 大堂；lift/elevator 电梯；stairs 楼梯。
common area：公共区域
common area 共同使用区域；shared space 共用空间。
shared rooms
shared kitchen 共用厨房；shared bathroom 共用浴室；living room 客厅。
private：私人使用
private room 私人房间；personal space 个人空间。shared 与 private 是重要对比。
visitor / guest：访客 / 客人
visitor 访客；guest 客人；have a visitor 有访客；invite a guest 邀请客人。
doorbell：门铃
ring the doorbell 按/响门铃。
intercom：对讲机
building intercom 楼宇对讲系统。这里只认词，不教绕过门禁。
access card：门禁卡
access card 门禁卡；key 钥匙；key fob 门禁钥匙扣/电子钥匙。不要公开真实门禁信息。
noise：噪音 / 声音
noise 噪音；make noise 发出噪音；too much noise 太吵。
quiet：安静
quiet 安静的；quiet area 安静区域；Please be quiet. 请安静。

clean / tidy：清洁 / 整齐

borrow / return：借用 / 归还
borrow a charger 借一个充电器；return it tomorrow 明天归还。borrow 与 lend 方向不同。
