JTC launched the tender on 24 June 2025. It closed on 19 August, receiving four bids, and was awarded to Soilbuild Group Holdings Ltd on 1 October 2025.
Launch, closing and award are separate milestones. None of them is a building-completion date. A tender record tells us about a land-development decision, not that a finished facility was already welcoming occupants.
The award announcement lists a 23,196.6-square-metre Business 2 site, a 33-year tenure and a gross plot ratio of 2.5. The tendered sum was S$156,114,008.
